I’m Ray, founder of HypnoLeaf – Hypnosis in London. HypnoLeaf is not a ‘thing’ or ‘process’ it’s a therapeutic approach to improve your circumstances rapidly. I’m sure you are a charming person, but I don’t want to see you week after week or year after year. If you wish to experience rapid and lasting results and are serious about change, I am confident we will get on famously.

It’s always best (for me) to offer hypnosis treatments on subjects I have personally experienced. Therefore, more than not, I know how you might be feeling about your concern. Consequently, I only dedicate my therapies to stop smoking, weight loss, anxieties, habits, confidence and psychosexual problems (for men). Rest assured, I am thorough in these specific areas, which is why I only need a few hours of your time. In the minimum number of hours, I can help your concerns float away like a (Hypno) leaf on a river stream, without the worry of draining your bank account.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a modern, scientific approach to therapy that combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnosis to positively influence emotional, behavioural, cognitive and symptomatic change.

We don’t need 22 or 600 sessions to help improve your concern.

This branch of hypnosis differs significantly from the traditional schools of hypnotherapy – drawing influence from a range of theories such as positive psychology, neuroscience, evolutionary psychology and NLP, and combining them so that they fall in line with your personal goals and values. Drawing from this extensive range of techniques and disciplines allows me to create a personal and tailored approach for you – avoiding the ‘one size fits all’ approach.

The process itself allows me to access your mindset so that you can use techniques and language based on your unique model of the world. The process will also often incorporate an analytical approach, whereby unwanted thoughts and behaviours from the past are cleared away and then techniques to retrain the brain in the present are utilised to ensure the changes you would like to make become fully realised.
